Week 3 meeting message
Did you know that people are sleeping about 2 hours less than they were in the 1960’s. Many people who only sleep 4-5 hours a night think they are just "short sleepers" and that they function normally on very little sleep. However statistically speaking only a very small percentage of the population have a particular rare gene which allows them to function normally on little sleep.
So, are you really a short sleeper? A true short sleeper functions well during the day on less than six hours of sleep. If you are loading up on caffeine, sleeping in on the weekend or sleeping extra hours when on vacation, then you are probably not a "short sleeper" and are not functioning at your full potential. Pick a challenge from your ProjectZ workbook and get more sleep!
